All-Round Contact Centre Agent
We are looking for a motivated and adaptable All-Round Contact Centre Agent to join our team in North Sydney. Our company specializes in providing innovative marketing solutions across various industries, and we need someone who can excel in diverse campaigns and adapt to changing client needs.
In this role, you will take part in a variety of tasks including cold calling, lead generation, event registration, inbound/outbound engagement with both new and existing customers. While many campaigns focus on IT/software, other industries may also be covered, making this an exciting and dynamic position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and identify opportunities.
- Engage in B2B lead generation, qualifying prospects, and building strong relationships to understand their needs.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support event registration campaigns as needed.
- Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and lead statuses.
- Adapt to various campaigns and client requirements with ease.
Requirements
- Fluent English: Native-level proficiency in speaking and writing is essential.
- Additional language skills are a strong advantage.
- Experience in outbound contact centre roles, cold calling, or lead generation is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage in business-level discussions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work across diverse industries and campaign types.
