Join our thriving Contact Centre located in a purpose-built, light-filled office space in the Hunter. With easy access to public transport, and a spacious breakout area, our office is designed to support collaboration, wellbeing, and professional growth.
About the Position
As a Contact Centre team member, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Booking patients into a wide range of imaging procedures
- Advising patients on pre-appointment preparation
- Accurately entering patient and referrer information across systems
- Processing billing and liaising with referring doctors and technical teams
We provide extensive initial and ongoing training to set you up for success. You'll be encouraged to contribute ideas, improve processes, and help foster a positive team culture.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- A strong background in customer service, ideally in a call/contact centre
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach
- Confidence working in a KPI-driven environment
- High attention to detail and adaptability
- Experience using CRM systems and handling confidential information
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Ambition to grow and thrive in a fast-paced environment
