Your New Role
Reporting to the Capability Manager, the Capability Specialist will be responsible for the scope, design, development, and support of training delivery and learning and development initiatives for the Contact Centre and Bereavement Centre teams. You will also liaise with and support cross-team collaboration with Member Resolutions to ensure consistency and efficiency in training design and delivery.
Some of your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Scope, design, and development of training modules for Contact Centre and Bereavement Centre teams, and Member resolutions as required.
- Collaborate with Member Resolutions to ensure consistency and efficiency in training design and delivery for our member facing teams.
- Contribute to the end-to-end complex learning design to address development needs, utilising a variety of learning formats, (digital, F2F, video etc).
Work with subject matter experts across the business to ensure both what and how (skills and behaviours) are incorporated into learning solutions, ensuring the best learning experience for colleagues and managers, contributing to the delivery of an offer that is simple, accessible, and consistent across the business.
Design learning and enhance existing programs/trainings to meet the Contact Centre and Bereavement Centre current and future needs.
What You’ll Need
Previous experience in end-to-end creation and delivery of training and development frameworks and programs for customer facing operational teams (Essential)
Experience in building and implementing training program.
Strong attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop impactful training initiatives.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a team player and able to work with and through others
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills including the use of presentation tools (ie. Powerpoint)
- eLearn development skills (Desirable)
