Seeking Management couple
As park Managers, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the property, guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance.
Typically, one of you will lead in Office & Housekeeping, while the other focuses on Maintenance & Grounds, but both must be comfortable assisting across all areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing smooth daily operations and proactively resolving any issues
- Managing guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and care
- Leading the reception and reservations functions using RMS (training provided if required)
- Cleaning cabins, maintaining gardens, lawns, and pool (if applicable)
- Carrying out maintenance and coordinating trades as needed
- Night duty and on-call responsibilities
- General administrative, financial, and HR responsibilities as needed
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous motel, hotel, or park management experience (not essential, but willing to learn)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Strong multi-tasking abilities in a dynamic service environment
- Comfort with hands-on duties – from housekeeping to maintenance
- Experience with RMS or similar reservation systems (preferred, but not essential)

Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
