What’s the gig?
Our Commercial Team is currently seeking motivated, energetic, and outgoing individuals to join us on a casual basis. The Theme Park Employee role offers a unique opportunity to work across commercial outlets, including Retail, Photographics, and Food and Beverage while also contributing to the delivery of world-class events. Successful applicants will receive training across these areas, gaining valuable, hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Central to this role is the ability to consistently deliver exceptional guest service and contribute to the overall enjoyment of our parks.
- Exceptional customer service and guest engagement skills
- Cash handling skills and EFTPOS processing experience
- Ability to work efficiently whilst under pressure
- Exceptional grooming and presentation standards
- Ability to work as part of a team whilst displaying a high level of initiative; and
- A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or willing to obtain one
- Candidates with experience in photography, back of house kitchen operations, or event coordination will be highly regarded.
This role involves manual handling and requires a high level of physical fitness. Flexibility is essential, as shifts are scheduled across a seven-day roster, including availability for weekends, evenings, and school holidays.
