The opportunity

As part of our Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance Claims team, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals get back on track. Your new role
At QBE, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Case Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting injured individuals through their recovery journey, while fostering trusted relationships with all stakeholders involved.
In this role, you will:
- Provide compassionate and high-quality customer service that makes a real difference.

- Build strong, supportive relationships with customers, guiding them through each step of their recovery.

- Manage end-to-end claims with the support and mentorship of experienced leaders.
About you
You’re someone who genuinely cares about making a difference—delivering informed, empathetic, and customer-focused support with patience and professionalism. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- Experience in insurance claims or allied health (highly regarded).
- A strong customer-first mindset and a genuine desire to help others.
- Resilience and the ability to remain composed to ensure you are able to support people during vulnerable moments.
- Confidence in making sound decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.
- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to guide customers through the claims journey with clarity and care.
- Solid computer literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
