About the role:

The Early Intervention & Family Support (EIFS) programs work alongside parents and family carers who have children in their care to improve safety and connectedness with local community services. 

The EIFS Case Manager will provide initial screening and assessment and develop with families, their family case plan. They will identify barriers and provide practical, in-home support for carers, oversee case management activity, provide parenting and trauma information for carers and specific supports for children to strengthen links to community and culture.


We have x2 Full-Time Fixed Term 38 hours per week until 30/06/2026 with possible extension opportunity based in Karratha, WA within our Early Intervention and Family Support (EIFS) Program. The position reports to the Coordinator Pilbara Services.
