- Location: Larrakia Land - Darwin (Palmerstone)
- Contract: Part Time (0.8 FTE) | Ongoing (30.4 hours per week)
- Salary: Social & Community Services Level 4 | $44.58 to $47.97 per hour + Super

About the team
The Gendered Violence and Family Programs Team provided a vital role in supporting cis, non-binary and gender diverse women and their families impacted by domestic and family violence. Joining our Gendered Violence and Family Programs Team means becoming part of a passionate group committed to trauma-informed, client-centred care and meaningful social change.
About this opportunity
As a Case Manager, you will provide client-centered case management for people who have experienced domestic or family violence.
In this role you will:
- Deliver crisis intervention, risk and safety planning, and holistic support under YWCA frameworks.
- Conduct intake assessments using the NT Common Risk Assessment Tool.
- Facilitate property safety upgrades in collaboration with clients.
- Build respectful relationships with clients and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Maintain accurate case notes and reports; participate in after-hours on-call roster.
About You
The ideal applicant will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, or a related field.
- Proven experience in culturally appropriate, strength-based case work with women affected by domestic and family violence.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and family violence issues, including legal, child protection, and policy frameworks.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
