Base Salary: $104,539 - $117,058 (p.a.)

About the role:
The position provides case management and community support to parents/carers based on parenting and life skills including case management, assessments, advocacy and parenting support. The position works in partnership with an Aboriginal Family Support Worker in providing a range of interventions that aim to improve outcomes for children and focusses on parents/carers.
To be considered for this position, you will require:
- Degree in Social Work and eligible for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, or degree, or post graduate qualifications in Psychology or another related field.
- Demonstrated experience and skills in providing parenting support to vulnerable families that is child focused and family centred including counselling, case management and parenting support.
- Demonstrated case management experience in the context of child and family services and facilitating case conferences.
- Holds a current NT Drivers Licence.
