Journey Early Learning is seeking enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Casual Educators to join our Werribee team and will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and educational experiences for our children.

About the Role
This is a casual opportunity , with flexibility across Monday to Friday. As a Casual Educator, you'll build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues while supporting meaningful, play-based learning experiences.
In this role, you will:
Bring the Journey values of connection, communication, and consideration to life
Support the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of children
Assist with program planning and observations
Work collaboratively with your Lead Educators, Educational Leader, and Centre Manager
Follow Journey’s Child Safe Policy and uphold our See, Act, Tell safeguarding framework
About You
You’re a calm, motivated and thoughtful educator who wants to make a genuine difference. You’re a team player, committed to continuous learning and creating a safe, joyful space for children to grow.
You’ll need:
A Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
A valid Working with Children Check (state-specific)
Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
