DESCRIPTION
You will make an impact in the following ways:
- Working internally with the whole service team including workshop, Field and PowerGen
- Organise Parts on Service work orders
- Assist with parts enquiries
- Allocate freight onto service work orders
- Monitor parts and service back orders
- Assist team with part availability and freight costs/quotes
- External supplier purchase orders
- Monitoring service core
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Have previous parts experience in an automotive environment is highly regarded
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be highly computer literate
- Extremely organised with a high level of attention to detail
- Mechanical knowledge/background is highly regarded
- Local Valid Drivers License

QUALIFICATIONS
Additional Information
- Full Time / 38 hours per week
- Mon – Fri 07:54-16:00
- Competitive Hourly Rate
- Overtime as required – Penalty rates paid for all work above 38 hours
- Rostered on call and Saturdays
