Key Responsibilities
- Providing an outstanding level of customer service and experience
- Answering inbound calls in a friendly and timely manner
- Attend to Customer Support tickets promptly and professionally
- Provisioning of company sales across all services including: 13/1300/1800 numbers, live answering services, Hosted PBX and VoIP services, broadband connections, mobile and other telecommunication services.
- Accurate data entry into all systems including CRM and billing.
- Liaising with suppliers, wholesalers and providers
- Assisting customers with Technical Support queries across all products.
What we are looking for
- Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience (required)
- Previous experience in telecommunication or tech (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills - Written and Verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Committed to providing the highest level of customer experience
- Highly energetic, pro-active, self-motivated and well organised
- Currently attending to or have completed a Tertiary Qualification in Business, Marketing, Finance, Commerce or similar
- Effective time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Comfortable with Technology
