What You'll Be Doing:
- Creating engaging, nurturing environments for children to grow
- Designing age-appropriate programs and assessing development
- Building strong relationships with families
- Ensuring compliance and quality in all areas of care
✅ We’re Looking For:
- A Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- A valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid certification with asthma & anaphylaxis training
You Bring:
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- An inclusive, respectful approach to care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience as an Educator, Assistant Educator, or similar (a bonus!)
