Job Description
Daily duties include, but are not limited to:
- Providing friendly, personalized and attentive service to members and guests
- Implementing approved policy and procedures
- Accommodation bookings, confirmations, check in, check out and billing
- Administrative duties including data entry and Member correspondence
- Ensuring queries are handled efficiently and effectively
- Handling guest complaints and resolving issues
- Assisting with service and clean-up in the bar area when necessary
- Assisting with service and cleaning of rooms and public areas when necessary
- Support to managers and staff where necessary
- Ensure the security of the club
- Ensure that members and guests abide by club rules
The successful candidate will have:
- a minimum of two years reception experience in the Hotel/Club industry
- unrestricted working rights
- possess excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to write and speak English fluently
- be prepared to work to the needs of the Club
- will have an exceptional phone manner, customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure
- a strong attention to detail and professional work ethic
- ability to meet deadlines
- exceptional grooming and presentation standards
- ability to work unsupervised
- a valid Australian driver's license
- be eligible to work in Australia
