As an Operations Coordinator, you will join a dynamic, diverse, and collaborative team to support our specialist radiologists as they report on urgent CT and MRI images for patients based in the UK.
You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries and providing support. In this role, you will also take on a variety of administrative tasks while collaborating closely with our highly skilled team of Operations Coordinators to ensure seamless support for our radiologists and clients.
We focus on people development, and you will have various opportunities for personal as well as professional growth. Our specialist Training & Recruitment team will provide full induction training, allowing you to start your Everlight journey with confidence. Key responsibilities:
- Liaise between clinicians, radiographers, and radiologists based around the world
- Provide administrative support to radiologists who report routine and urgent radiology exams
- Provide frontline support to our clients – including doctors and radiographers across the world by ensuring patients’ reports are available to clinicians in a timely manner
- Maintain patient information accurately and confidentially
- Manage various IT systems and troubleshooting when required to avoid delays

Casual agreement details:
This role is offered on a casual basis due to the nature of the workflow. At this stage, we expect to be able to offer approximately 15-30 hours per week. While we currently anticipate that there will be regular shifts available, we aim to offer shifts that align with business needs and staff availability, therefore the number of hours worked each week may vary.

At Everlight Radiology, we value flexibility! We operate on a hybrid working model where you will have the opportunity to work from home as well as from our offices.
Please be aware that this is a true hybrid arrangement, and there will be an ongoing expectation to work a portion of your time from an Everlight office, even after receiving home-working equipment.
Initially, you will be required to work exclusively from an Everlight office for approximately three months during your training and settling-in period. Following this, and subject to an assessment of your suitability for home working, you will receive the necessary equipment to work from home. However, working from the office will remain an essential part of your role.
In Australia, our offices are located in Brisbane, Sydney, Perth, and Melbourne, and you can choose the location most convenient for you.

If your initial application is shortlisted, the application process consists of 3 stages, which includes:
- Stage 1: Skills Assessment
This timed skills assessment is conducted via Microsoft Forms and is designed to assess your attention to detail.
- Stage 2: Telephone interview
A brief 10-15 minute telephone call within your chosen window. This will allow us to get to know you, your understanding of the business and position, and to gauge initial suitability for the role.
- Stage 3: Teams Video Interview
If successful in your skills assessment and telephone interview, you will be invited to a formal interview via a Teams video meeting, this will last approximately 30-60 minutes.
Please note that we will not be able to consider your application for a Teams video interview unless you complete the skills assessment before the deadline of close of business on Friday 13th June.

This training is essential for onboarding and attendance on all days is required.
