We’re on the lookout for a passionate, organised and highly motivated hospitality superstar to join our Central Reservations Team on a fulltime basis, as the voice behind our expanding portfolio of iconic Sydney Venues!

A day in the life of Central Res!
Your day kicks off with a warm welcome from Dave, our office dog, and a great coffee (maybe even a little treat) from Crown Street. After some warm hellos from the broader Head Office crew, it’s time to set the vibe with the perfect playlist before jumping into the emails and enquiries that have filtered through overnight.
The phones ring throughout the day, and every call is a chance to wow a guest and make a lasting first impression with a smooth and efficient booking process. In between, you’ll team up with marketing on new promotions and activations, keeping everything running smoothly on SevenRooms.
Lunchtime is all about choice—whether it’s downstairs at Forrester’s, using the in-office kitchenette, or a grabbing something from the various cafes nearby. The afternoon is spent reviewing reports, cross-checking reservations, and collaborating with our venues (all between calls) to make sure every guest has the best possible experience.

- Enjoy a set full-time roster: Tuesday – Saturday, 10:30am–6:30pm (no late nights, no crack-of-dawn starts, Sundays & Mondays off!).

We're looking for:
- Experience in customer service and reservation systems and as we use Sevenrooms, that would be advantageous
- Passionate about hospitality and creating lasting memories
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail and definitely the ability to multitask
- You're adaptable, proactive and comfortable in busy environments
- Dont mind a dad joke from your colleagues
