About the role
We’re seeking a Change Manager – Cyber to lead and deliver end-to-end change management outcomes across our Digital, Information, and Cyber Security portfolio. This is your opportunity to drive meaningful transformation in how we protect and empower our business and communities.
You’ll work closely with business leaders, technical experts, partners, and cross-functional teams to embed new ways of working, uplift change capability, and ensure successful cyber, security and digital initiatives.
You will be involved with:
- Developing Change Management plans and delivering outcomes of these plans for cyber security and digital transformation initiatives
- In conjunction with our Enterprise communication team, developing communication Management plans and delivering outcomes of these plans for associated initiatives
- Ensuring alignment of delivery and plans to AusNet’s frameworks and methodologies across change and project delivery.
- Partner with stakeholders to assess end user impacts , manage engagement, and deliver communications.
- Support training and learning interventions to embed new capabilities.
- Coach leaders and uplift change maturity across the Digital & Cyber Security teams.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, care, and connection through feedback and collaboration.
What you will bring to the role
- 5+ years of experience in change management within technical or digital environments.
- Proven delivery across cyber security or ICT projects (Cyber experience highly regarded).
- Strong knowledge of change frameworks (e.g., PROSCI) and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, simplify complexity, and communicate with impact.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for driving sustainable, people-first change.
