Job Description
We’re now looking for an experience Chef De Partie to join our talented kitchen team at Mid Air, crafting dishes that excite, inspire, and keep our guests coming back for more.
Key Responsibilities:
Running your own section with confidence and consistency
Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in line with our menu and standards
Working closely with the Sous and Head Chef to keep service running smoothly
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment
Supporting junior team members with training and guidance
Keeping an eye on stock levels and minimising waste
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up
A passion for food and an eye for detail
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Team player attitude with a dash of creativity
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
