Journey Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Administrator to join our Carseldine team. Working alongside the Centre Manager, and part of the Leadership team, together you will strive for high quality in all aspects of the service delivery.
This is a Permanent Part-time opportunity, across Monday to Friday - 20-25hrs per week as Childcare Administrator.
If you have childcare experience and are willing to work on the floor the role can be up to 37.5 hour a week.

About the role:
As our new Administrator, you will hold a pivotal place in our Centre Leadership Team and support your Centre Manager in the building an exceptional centre.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
Creating weekly rosters, ensuring that budgets are being met
Review reports to ensure smart business decisions with your Centre Leadership team
Dropbox archiving and document management
Review and collate Google reviews and parent feedback
Review and report daily attendance records
Manage maintenance requests
Event and activity planning and coordination
Record keeping and compliance
Credit card reconciliation
CRM data integrity and analysis
WHS audits and procedure
About you:
You are an experienced Administrator with a strong business acumen, an eye for detail, compliance and the ability to build strong connections with internal and external stakeholders.
Role Requirements:
Cert3 in Childcare
Current Valid Working with Children Check
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong CRM and database experience
Proficient in Microsoft office Suite, including MS Teams
Full Working Rights in Australia
