Key Responsibilities:
- Lead structured classes that focus on developing motor skills, strength, balance, and coordination.
- Engage with children and parents to create a positive, high-energy environment.
- Assist in creating age-appropriate lesson plans and activities tailored to children from 6 weeks to 10 years old.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards within the gym.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that all members have a rewarding experience.
- Monitor each child’s progress and communicate their achievements to parents.
- Support birthday parties and special events at the gym, adding to the excitement and fun.
Requirements:
- Love for children, patience, and ability to communicate effectively with them.
- Passion for kids sports education, good at drama, performance, with preference given to those with relevant experience, but training will be provided for those without experience.
- Good team spirit and organisational skills.
- Basic knowledge and skills in first aid are preferred.
