About the Role
As a casual Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll play an important role in the smooth running of our Drouin clinic, stepping in during periods of staff annual leave or illness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients and managing check-ins with warmth and professionalism
- Managing phone calls and appointment scheduling
- Processing payments using HICAPS and EFTPOS
- Maintaining a calm, organised, and friendly front desk environment
