Footmotion Podiatry is pursuing a long-term Reception Administrator / Practice Assistant to journey alongside their fast-developing clinic.
With care and compassion at the forefront, you will shape the patient experience from first point of contact through to the end of their treatment journey.
Our successful team player will perform excellent customer service by triaging phone calls, scheduling appointments, process billing, handle administration and manage emails and fax.
In support of our exceptional podiatrists, the successful candidate will sterilise instruments, prepare reports and contribute to daily clinic tasks, (i.e., cleaning, laundry, maintaining the waiting area).
With considerable support, the reception / practice assistant will report to the Site Supervisor and Podiatry Practice Supervisor.
Located 1 minute walk from the Toowong Train Station.
Close to the Toowong Shopping Village, (Woolworths, Coles, Kmart, TK Maxx, ample cafes and restaurants).
Flexible working days throughout the week.
Choice of two shift times (8am – 4.30pm, 9.30am- 6pm) but can be negotiable.
One on one training and mentorship from Footmotion Podiatry site supervisor.

Pay: $27.79 – $34.74 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
