Perth, Western Australia

Due to continued significant growth and the recent award of multiple major projects, Georgiou is looking for a Supervisor to join our Infrastructure business unit. You’ll play a key leadership role on-site, coordinating people, plant, and materials to safely deliver high-quality results in complex infrastructure and land development environments.

You’ll initially support the delivery within our land development space. Key works will include bulk earthworks, road upgrades, service realignments, underground services and civil finishes such as pavements, footpaths, and retaining walls.

Reporting to our Superintendent, you will be trusted to:

  • Overseeing daily site operations and crew activities to meet program and safety targets
  • Supervising subcontractors, direct labour, and material deliveries for maximum site efficiency
  • Managing plant and resources across multiple work fronts
  • Enforcing HSEQ policies and promoting a zero-harm culture
  • Supporting performance tracking and productivity improvements
  • Interfacing with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth delivery

What you’re good at:

You’re a hands-on, solutions-driven Supervisor who leads from the front and keeps work on track. With a strong sense of accountability and a team-first mindset, you bring:

  • 3–5 years’ site supervision experience in infrastructure, subdivision, or greenfield development projects
  • A solid understanding of safety, scheduling, and daily construction operations

Bonus points for:

  • Formal qualifications in construction, project management, or leadership
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence in managing scope and site performance

We offer a collaborative and supportive work environment where innovation is encouraged, laughter is welcomed, and everyone is committed to achieving excellence.
