We are seeking:
- Cleaning Team Leader
- Must be legally entitled to work full-time in Australia(Please do not apply if your visa does not permit full-time work hours)
- Working Roster : Days and Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
- Location: Lidcombe NSW
- Paid in accordance with the Cleaning Award - Level 3

About the Role:
As a valued member of our cleaning team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our sites are spotless, safe, and well-presented every day.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Machinery Operation: Proficient use of scrubber and buffer machines for floor maintenance and cleaning. Regular monitoring and maintenance of cleaning equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Administrative Duties: Preparation of incident reports, monthly reports, and internal compliance documentation. Completion of ad hoc and escalation reports as required. Conducting regular Toolbox Talks to promote workplace safety and communication.
- Operational Management: Rostering staff effectively to meet site requirements. Ordering and managing stock levels of cleaning supplies and consumables. Delegation of manpower and cleaning duties to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Client, Customer, and Management Interaction: Acting as the main point of contact for clients, customers, and management representatives. Ensuring professional communication and timely response to queries, concerns, or service feedback.
- Site Oversight and Quality Assurance: Regular monitoring and inspection of the site to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions as necessary.
