**About the Role**

As a **Client Executive** , you will play a crucial role in supporting our Client Partner by assisting in the strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives for key major accounts. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, mastering account management, and driving revenue growth through innovative upselling and cross-selling strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Collaborate with the Client Partner to implement effective sales strategies for major accounts.

+ Conduct research to gather essential account information, including decision-makers and industry trends.

+ Assist in crafting tailored solutions to meet client needs and deliver high-quality outputs, including presentations and schedules using Google Slides and Google Sheets.

+ Foster positive relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

+ Maintain and update strategic account plans with clear objectives, timelines, and key action items.

+ Manage scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups for sales meetings and client interactions while keeping accurate records in CRM systems.

**Who are you?**

+ Ideally, you have experience in digital marketing, but it is not essential.

+ A collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments.

+ Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to deliver messages clearly and effectively.

+ Passionate about the media and advertising industry, with a keen interest in emerging trends.

+ Able to understand client needs and support the team in developing and crafting innovative solutions.

+ Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite.

+ Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and managing competing priorities.

+ Adaptable to changing environments, including new selling solutions, products, and ways of working.

+ Previous sales experience is desirable.

+ Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
