Client Executive – Aviation | Brisbane
We are seeking a motivated and personable Aviation Client Executive to join our specialist insurance team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding industry where no two days are the same.
The role is highly bespoke—you will have the chance to make a real impact by delivering tailored solutions and adding genuine value for clients across Australia. You will gain exposure to all aspects of the aviation industry, working closely with operators, service providers, and a range of insurers, both within Australia and internationally.
You’ll be joining a collaborative culture which values individuality and team contribution. Additionally, there’s a key focus on mentorship and professional development within an exciting and dynamic specialist industry.
What the day will look like
- Support senior brokers with day-to-day account management across aviation clients.
- Assist with servicing existing accounts while also working with prospective clients to grow the client base.
- Deal with insurers on a daily basis to facilitate the placement of insurance and manage ongoing policy changes as required.
- Manage client contact and deliver a high level of personalised service across Australia.
- Build strong and trusted relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues.
- Represent the business professionally and enthusiastically during client visits and industry networking.
- Collaborate with international insurance markets to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the team by being hands-on and collaborative.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and create efficiencies.
- Play an active role in a culture where dedication and effort are recognised and rewarded.
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
- Experience in aviation insurance is highly advantageous, though candidates with strong industry interest and transferable skills will be considered.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills with a personable and approachable style.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, detail-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with insurance systems and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Tier 1 broking qualification is required.
