Your new role:
Lead and support a small team of Clinical Assistants to ensure the smooth operation of tissue recovery and distribution. You will:
Manage rostering, workload, and leave for your team.
Oversee quality, safety, and compliance with clinical standards.
Coordinate receipt, processing, and distribution of donated tissues.
Collaborate across teams to maintain efficient operations.
About you:
You're a proactive leader with experience in clinical or tissue banking environments. You bring:
Team leadership and training skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge or willingness to learn GMP warehousing and tissue logistics.
Excellent communication and a commitment to respectful, quality care.
