Join Us in Transforming Lives: Clinical Lead (FDSV – Children & Adolescents) | Supporting Recovery | Liverpool & Campbelltown | 3–4 Days/Week
Are you ready to lead with heart and purpose?
Anglicare and CatholicCare have come together to deliver Supporting Recovery—a life-changing program that provides trauma-informed mental health care to victim-survivors of Family, Domestic and Sexual Violence (FDSV) in South West Sydney. As mission-aligned organisations, we are united by a deep commitment to compassion, dignity, and community healing.
We are seeking a Clinical Lead who is passionate about supporting children and adolescents on their journey to recovery. This is more than a job—it’s a calling to help rebuild lives and restore hope.
About the Role:
As Clinical Lead, you will ensure the highest clinical standards across the program, grounded in our Child Inclusive Practice Frameworks and Model of Care. You’ll provide expert supervision and training to our dedicated team, ensuring services are safe, inclusive, and empowering for children and young people.
You’ll also provide direct trauma-informed care to children, adolescents, and their families—helping them heal, grow, and thrive.
This role is a Part Time, Maximum Term contract (till July 2026) based in Campbelltown and Liverpool, with occasional travel across South West Sydney.
What You’ll Do

  • Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to program staff.
  • Deliver direct trauma-informed care to victim-survivors, with a focus on children and adolescents.
  • Foster a culture of safety, compassion, and cultural inclusivity—embracing First Nations peoples, LGBTQIA+ communities, people with disability, and CALD communities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless, holistic care.
  • Contribute to clinical governance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
  • Tertiary degree qualification applicable to role – i.e. Psychology, Counselling, Social Work or similar.
  • Substantial experience working with children and adolescent clients who have experienced trauma related to FDSV (mandatory).
  • Registration with relevant professional body – i.e. minimum level 4 ACA, PACFA Clinical, APHRA, AASW mental health social worker accreditation.
  • Supervision registration with relevant professional body, and at least 2 years' experience supervising clinicians who work with children and adolescents.
  • Police check and valid NSW WWCC.
  • Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
  • Previous relevant training and experience supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and CALD clients (essential).
  • Safe & Together Model experience and training (desirable)
