Base Salary of $146,197 - $154,260 + 17% superannuation
About the opportunity
As the Co-Curricular Programs Manager , you will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of a wide range of student co-curricular programs across the University. You will lead initiatives that enhance student experience, including mentoring, residential life programs, student leadership training, and university-wide projects that support student engagement, wellbeing, and success.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
lead and oversee student co-curricular programs for different student groups
support and guide the co-curricular team to deliver programs that align with the university’s student support goals
build partnerships and bring teams together across the university to collaborate on initiatives
help shape the student life strategy and ensure programs support student wellbeing, career, and academic success
find opportunities to work with internal and external partners on joint programs
make decisions and provide advice on complex issues affecting student life
About you
postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field
significant experience in program management within student services in the higher education, wellbeing or education sector
proven leadership skills and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups
strong problem-solving and decision-making expertise, with the ability to navigate complex operational challenges
a track record of designing and implementing programs that enhance student engagement, learning, and wellbeing
excellent communication, organisational, and relationship management skills
