About the opportunity

As the Co-Curricular Programs Manager , you will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of a wide range of student co-curricular programs across the University. You will lead initiatives that enhance student experience, including mentoring, residential life programs, student leadership training, and university-wide projects that support student engagement, wellbeing, and success.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • lead and oversee student co-curricular programs for different student groups

  • support and guide the co-curricular team to deliver programs that align with the university’s student support goals

  • build partnerships and bring teams together across the university to collaborate on initiatives

  • help shape the student life strategy and ensure programs support student wellbeing, career, and academic success

  • find opportunities to work with internal and external partners on joint programs

  • make decisions and provide advice on complex issues affecting student life

About you

  • postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field

  • significant experience in program management within student services in the higher education, wellbeing or education sector

  • proven leadership skills and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups

  • strong problem-solving and decision-making expertise, with the ability to navigate complex operational challenges

  • a track record of designing and implementing programs that enhance student engagement, learning, and wellbeing

  • excellent communication, organisational, and relationship management skills
