The role
At Crown Sydney, our success is the result of a collective team effort. We are currently seeking dedicated Commis Chefs to join our Events team. The Commis Chef is accountable for delivering and supervising the highest level of service, providing leadership and guidance in the workplace, and adhering to the outlet and recipe standards in line with Crown’s vision and objectives.
About you
- Demonstrated experience in high-end culinary environments, catering to large-scale luxury events.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands.
- Self-motivated and adaptable
- Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety.
- Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent - desirable
- Flexible availability across 7 days
