Consultant, Creative Content Development

In the role of Consultant, Creative & Content Development, you will join the Personal Banking Marketing team that’s doubling down on moving with speed and keeping it simple.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Be responsible for work which is performed within established routines, methods and procedures and may include supervisory responsibility for a team of employees.
• Ensuring the successful production of content and creative assets within the squad and the creative outputs of partners including 3rd party creative agencies
• Developing copy for customer communications
• Improving the capability of Creative/Content Development resources
• Maintaining adherence to brand guidelines
• Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to process and procedures pertinent to role; and escalate events, issues or breaches as they are identified (risk accountability forms part of all roles, as everyone is responsible for managing risk and compliance).

• Experience in marketing campaign execution
• Banking and financial industry
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Stakeholder management experience
• University graduate
• Agile delivery experience
