As part of the People & Culture Team, this role will develop and be involved in L&OD strategies guided by the dnata priorities and operational plans, including but not limited to: leadership and management development; culture and engagement strategies including survey; employee experience: talent acquisition; learning and development curriculum.
This role will be required to work closely with the broader People and Culture team and internal stakeholders to consult on the development of Learning and Org Development programs and to ensure successful implementation across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver OD programs aligned with strategic goals.
- Develop and facilitate of leadership and soft skills programs for leaders and teams.
- Design fit-for-purpose initiatives that support business priorities & projects.
- Create learning materials including presentations, tools, and training packages.
- Facilitate the localisation & implementation and roll out of Head Office (based offshore) related initiatives
- Build internal networks to support consultation and collaboration.
- Develop and manage the L&OD Calendar.
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant qualification in Education, Training or Adult Learning
- A passionate OD/L&D professional with prior experience of 2-3 years
- Someone with energy, creativity, and drive who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Tech-savvy with Strong facilitation and presentation skills
