We are looking for a dynamic Learning and Development Coordinator to coordinate and deliver professional development programs that empower our staff and build capability across the University.
About the role:
Embedded in a small, supportive team of passionate professionals, you will report to the Capability and Culture Business Partner and play a key role in driving and coordinating key professional development programs aligned with the University’s Strategy, culture, and values. From crafting engaging internal communications to actively initiating collaboration with key stakeholders, you’ll help shape the systems and processes that support professional development at UC.
The ideal candidate will:
