We’re seeking an experienced and highly organised HR Coordinator to support our Senior Management Team.
In this dynamic role, you’ll oversee onboarding, training, compliance, and performance initiatives, while helping shape a positive and professional workplace culture of approximately 200 staff. You’ll maintain accurate records, support audits, and ensure staff development aligns with our goal of being an Employer of Choice.
If you’re passionate about people, compliance, and continuous improvement — and have a keen eye for detail — we want to hear from you. 12 months hospitality or club industry experience preferred.
This is a part-time role with an expectation to work approximately 24 hours per week including some weekend and shift work.
