A leading regional health service in coastal Western Australia is expanding its Emergency Medicine team and is seeking experienced Consultant Emergency Physicians to join their dynamic, supportive, and progressive department.
The Role:
Join a well-resourced, collegial Emergency Department serving as a regional hub for surrounding communities. You’ll work in a blended model alongside FACEMs, senior clinicians, trainees, and GP registrars, with a strong focus on education, quality improvement, and delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Details:
- Employment Types: Full-time, part-time, or casual
- Salary Range: AUD $397,264 – $504,517 p.a.* (Includes base salary, superannuation & PD allowance)
- Contract Options: Fixed-term or permanent
- Professional Development: Dedicated non-clinical time, leadership support, and supervision opportunities
- 24/7 ED with a highly collaborative medical team
- Onsite radiology (including CT), pathology, and specialist inpatient units (medicine, surgery, paediatrics, O&G, psychiatry, anaesthetics)
- Currently undergoing a major redevelopment including an expanded ED, new ICU, and integrated mental health services
- Coastal living with pristine beaches, water sports, and a warm Mediterranean climate

- Significantly lower cost of living than major metro areas

- Fellowship with ACEM (or equivalent)
- Eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia
- Proven experience in Emergency Medicine in a hospital setting
