In this role you will:
- Manage contracts for the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport Stations, Systems, Trains and Operations & Maintenance PPP Project.
- Interface with external entities within an unincorporated joint venture and across the PPP contractual structure.
- Draft complex correspondence, build claims, and negotiate dispute resolutions in collaboration with project and commercial managers.
- Prepare contract summaries and provide cross-functional support to ensure obligations are met, risks are mitigated, and opportunities are realised.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- 4+ years post-graduate experience.
- Background in private legal practice or in-house legal roles (preferred).
- Expertise in contract management and dispute resolution in infrastructure/construction sectors.
- Strong understanding of contract law and ability to assess and mitigate contractual risks.
- Proficiency in drafting contractual notices, claims, and responses.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
