The Contract Manager is responsible for creating and managing the Client Contract Process for Relocation.
What You'll Be Doing

- Manage the Client Contract Process, including initial contact for any contract, creating all client contracts and addenda and responsible for all subsequent contract negotiations and related contract processes and review in conjunction with assistance to Operations
- Review, update and maintain existing agreement templates to reflect product and service capabilities, improvements and changes
- Assist Finance in expanding and coordination of efforts with respect to securitization opportunities, including preparation and submission for inclusion new and/or existing Client opportunities and prepare and submit for inclusion in facility;
- Provide guidance and explanation of contract terms to account managers
- Provide backup for other legal support roles as needed
- Assist in developing training and facilitate training for legal issues affecting various departments within Sirva
- Ad hoc projects as needed
- Contract management skills and experience preferred
- Strong project management, analytical, writing and research skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information
- Knowledge of ability to use legal research courses, including electronic research tools
- Prior experience with customer, vendor, international, agency and/or government contracts (especially military) desired
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required
