Join our Finance and Administration team as the Contracts and Procurement Officer!
- Based in Nhill
- Full Time (38 - 40 hours per week)
- $65,000 - $75,000 based on experience and qualifications.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- As a detail orientated team member, you will be the heart of our contractual operations, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of contracts and tender documents.
- Working closely with management, you are responsible for coordinating the Services contracts and associated activities and uphold adherence with policy and industry regulations.
- As a stakeholder in the Service, you are encouraged to identify and discuss process efficiencies and promote financial stability and success.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:
Essential:
- Effective communication and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated experience in procurement governance and/or contract management position.
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement frameworks.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively as part of a team.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Qualification (Certificate or above) in contract management, accounting or equivalent field.
- Previous experience with digital platforms such as contract management and procurement.
- Working knowledge of health care systems.
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills with experience in business report writing.
PREREQUISITES:
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- Fully vaccinated (including influenza)as per current Department of Health Directives.
- Australian Driver’s License.
