Join our Finance and Administration team as the Contracts and Procurement Officer!

• Based in Nhill
• Full Time (38 - 40 hours per week)
• $65,000 - $75,000 based on experience and qualifications.

• As a detail orientated team member, you will be the heart of our contractual operations, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of contracts and tender documents.
• Working closely with management, you are responsible for coordinating the Services contracts and associated activities and uphold adherence with policy and industry regulations.
• As a stakeholder in the Service, you are encouraged to identify and discuss process efficiencies and promote financial stability and success.

• Effective communication and organisational skills.
• Demonstrated experience in procurement governance and/or contract management position.
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement frameworks.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively as part of a team.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and communication.

• Qualification (Certificate or above) in contract management, accounting or equivalent field.
• Previous experience with digital platforms such as contract management and procurement.
• Working knowledge of health care systems.
• Well developed verbal and written communication skills with experience in business report writing.

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Working with Children Check
• Fully vaccinated (including influenza)as per current Department of Health Directives.
• Australian Driver’s License.
