What you will be doing
The Manager, Corporate Partnering is responsible for managing the shared service partner model for the delivery of key corporate service functions across the Agency for Clinical Innovation. Working closely with shared services teams in external organisations, the role builds continuous improvement to support the delivery of key organisational strategic outcomes.

Remuneration: $141,974 - $169,151 per annum excluding Superannuation
Hours Per Week: 40 (38 standard + 2hrs toward ADO)

Selection criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in corporate services such as finance, information technology or people and culture services, preferably within a government setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, influencing and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal staff, subject matter experts, stakeholders and partners to ensure service delivery, accountability and customer-focused outcomes.
- Proven ability to develop and implement business improvement initiatives, including developing new procedures, applying quality assurance and continuous improvement principles, and managing change to achieve organisational goals.
- Highly developed planning, organisational and project management skills, with the capacity to prioritise competing demands, deliver results in a high-volume environment and contribute to achieving strategic business outcomes.
