What this job involves
We’re looking for a Corporate Receptionist and Facilities Assistant to join our busy team onsite with our client based in Chatswood! You will be the first point of contact for all employees and guests when they arrive on site.
A snapshot of the role:
Creating a comfortable, welcoming and hospital experience for all employees and their guests
Management of conference meeting rooms – bookings and ensuring they are set up correctly
Organising incoming and outgoing mail
Assisting the facilities team with raising work orders
Assist with contractor management and creating visitor badges
Processing and validating invoices

Retail, hospitality or previous reception experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Energetic and positive attitude
Able to present a professional and friendly corporate image to clients
