The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Corporate Services Manager to establish and lead a brand-new Corporate Services function at CPP. This is a rare and career-defining opportunity to step into a senior role within a growing, national business, where you’ll have the freedom to shape compliance, risk, and property management frameworks that will underpin CPP’s future success. Unlike many roles, you won’t be inheriting legacy systems, you’ll be building the function from the ground up, setting the standards, processes, and structures that will support the business for years to come.
Reporting to the Executive General Manager – Legal & Corporate Services, you’ll ensure CPP meets all licensing, regulatory, and operational obligations while managing our office and warehouse leasing portfolio. With a proactive and hands-on approach, you’ll take ownership of reporting, registers, renewals, and property matters from the outset, with the scope to expand the function and make it your own as the business evolves. You can also expect to work closely with our Commerial Manager, Procurement Manager, Legal Manager and other members of the Legal & Corporate Services team.
Skills and Experiences:
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
8–10+ years’ experience in corporate services, compliance, governance, or operational risk (construction or infrastructure sector highly regarded).
Proven expertise in managing regulatory and licensing obligations (e.g. building, labour hire, electrical contractor licences).
Strong property management skills, including leasing, negotiations, insurance, and vendor management.
High-level communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to build and maintain compliance registers, processes, and contingency plans.
A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to balance hands-on delivery and longer-term planning.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, accounting, law, or a related field.
Be rewarded at CPP.
At CPP, we value our people above all else. We’re dedicated to investing in and developing your talent to help you reach your full potential.
