Are you a seasoned creative leader looking to drive innovative campaigns and shape the creative vision for a global brand? Do you want to join a dynamic in-house agency that operates at the speed of culture and crafts bold creative and media campaigns? We're seeking a talented Creative Lead to join The Kitchen, Kraft Heinz's in-house creative marketing team, and lead a team in Melbourne to deliver exceptional work for some of Australia and New Zealand's most loved brands.

Our brands are truly global, with products produced and marketed in over 40 countries. These beloved products include condiments and sauces, cheese and dairy, meals, meats, refreshment beverages, coffee, infant and nutrition products, and numerous other grocery products in a portfolio of more than 200 legacy and emerging brands.
Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Drive a culture of award-winning creative and inspire a team to deliver exceptional work
Build and maintain relationships with a network of freelancers and production partners to deliver innovative campaigns
Develop and execute creative strategies that adapt to a variety of mediums and channels
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to pitch new ideas and provide creative perspective
Oversee the delivery of creative concepts, social media activity, and content that meets quality standards
Provide feedback and guidance to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
Lead and manage a team of creatives, including a Junior Art Director, to achieve shared goals
Partner with internal production teams, freelance content creators, and agencies to produce content that aligns with the creative strategy
About you:
Strong and proven experience in advertising (agency preferred), with a focus on channel-agnostic creative campaigns
A strong portfolio that showcases your ability to deliver effective creative campaigns
Experience managing a creative team across strategy and design, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams that collaborate effectively
Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to take on creative feedback to facilitate innovation.
A talent for making the most of limited budgets and resources to create magic
A passion for creative leadership and a desire to inspire and motivate a team to deliver exceptional work
