A newly created role has become available for an experienced CRM Manager to join the White Fox family based at our stunning new office in Rosebery.
Reporting to the Head of Digital, your focus will be on developing a personalised omnichannel approach to enhance customer experience, drive revenue and optimise investment in digital channels.
Key Responsibilities;
- Maintain and optimise Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
- Develop and execute CRM strategies across Email, SMS, Social, Web and Push Notifications
- Identify and create customer segments for cross-channel campaigns
- Gather insights on customers behaviour and transform these into actionable optimization campaigns
- Develop and roll out the persona profiles across the business
- Continuously optimize and analyse customer journeys and programs, ensuring relevant and engaging lifecycle communications
- Deliver continual test and learn plans across our campaign objectives, including audience planning, funnel optimization, channel selection, prioritization and message content and frequency
- Deliver ongoing A/B & multivariate methodologies to statistically assess the effectiveness of each trial
- Own operational delivery, optimisation & reporting of all automated campaigns, including budget management & ROI
- Work closely and collaboratively with other teams to deliver on strategic goals
Requirements
What we are looking for;
- Must have related degree or at least 5 years CRM management experience
- 5+ years experience building and optimising EDM, SMS, and web/push strategies including implementation of these streams
- Experience training other employees on how on EDMs, SMS, web and app push execution
- Experience in setting up CRM / Lifecycle programs from scratch are essential
- Experience in rolling out new loyalty programs
- Well versed in using Google Analytics is desirable
- An all round CRM professional with a data-driven mindset, you will have a well-rounded commercial understanding
- Proven Analytics and segmentation experience to drive increased growth and ROI in a fast moving environment essential
- Demonstrated experience deriving insights from structured data and driving commercial returns from a rigorous test and learn optimization plan.
- You will have a deep understanding of CRM and complex customer journey to drive conversion, acquisition and retention
- Experience working on a CPD (customer data platform) like Salesforce Marketing Cloud is desirable
- Demonstrated experience conducting AB and multivariate testings
