As Terra Mining continues to grow, our mobile crushing operations are seeking an experienced Crushing Superintendent to join the team and provide strong leadership to the crushing personnel and deliver effective and cost-efficient outcomes at the crushing plant.

About the Position
Reporting to the Mining Manager, this role will ensure the safe and efficient operation of the operation of the crushing operations at the crushing plant.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will also include but not be limited to –
- Ensure crushing targets and KPI’s are met safely and in accordance with contract terms
- Implement, maintain and manage systematic routine maintenance of crushing plant
- Ensure Safety, Quality and Environmental policies and requirements are implemented and maintained
- Managing daily performance of the crushing supervisors and their crews
- Maintains inventory of supplies to ensure efficient crushing operations
- Liaise with project stakeholders providing crushing data results
- Collect, record and analyze crushing plant data to optimize efficiencies and product quality
What we are seeking
A crushing leader who is motivated and values safety first in everything they do, including looking out for their teammates.
- Previous experience (5 years) in a crushing processing plant as a superintendent or manager
- Possess current Statutory Supervisor WHS SRMS certification (Sched 26 min.)
- Proven hand on experience in fixed and mobile crushing/screening
- An ability to work to production targets and manage priorities in a high volume work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Worksafe Act and Regulations.
- Positive attitude to teamwork and safety
- A valid Australian HR drivers licence.
You must have full Australian working rights, be able to complete and pass a medical assessment (including drug & alcohol screen) and be able to provide a current National Police Clearance (within last 12 months).
