Procare’s Factual Investigation Division are seeking multiple CTP Factual Investigators to join our expanding team in Sydney and across NSW! As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day!

We have full time, casual and contractor roles available for experienced CTP Investigators.

The Role:
  • Attend various locations, predominantly within Sydney and a proportion of work across NSW;
  • Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
  • Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and
  • Prepare and draft factual reports.
About You:
  • Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence (Class 2E);
  • Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
  • Experience conducting CTP investigations is mandatory;
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and are self-motivated to meet deadlines.
  • If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.
