We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Bethanie Home Care Team, based at our Support Services Office in West Perth.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide a supportive and professional service environment for our customers and employees. You will also undertake a variety of administrative duties.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who have the desire to contribute and make a difference to our customers’ lives.
This role is offered on a casual basis to provide leave coverage across the team and as such, we expect the successful applicant will work 8am – 4pm on two to three days per week for at least the remainder of the year, with work days to be confirmed on a weekly basis.
About You
You’re proud of delivering fantastic customer service and have previous experience within a high volume call centre or customer service environment. You will also bring:
- Strong communication, data entry and attention to detail skills
- Proficiency with MS Office products, and / or client management systems
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work across multiple computer systems with ease
- A proactive approach to building rapport and providing empathy and understanding to customers and employees
- A team player attitude as well as the ability to work autonomously
- An excellent phone manner as well as well developed customer service, time management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group
- Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
- Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply for one)
The Role
- Handle all inbound Home Care related customer and employee service enquiries
- Provide assistance to, support and liaise with internal employees and departments
- Respond to internal and external enquiries via phone, face to face and email
- Complete various administrative tasks as required
