- End-to-End Order Management: Manage complete order lifecycle, from preparing sales quotations in CRM and verifying lead times to processing purchase orders and managing shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as a first point of contact for customers, building strong relationships through regular communication to review open orders, proactively resolve issues, and align our services with their needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Materials Management, and Operations teams to anticipate project timelines, identify potential scheduling conflicts.
- Post-Sales Support: Process approved customer rebates, stock returns, and assist with the quality and warranty processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Team Contribution & Development: Actively engage in continuous training on products and systems while providing backup support to colleagues to foster a cooperative team environment.
Required Qualifications and Experience for Consideration
- Degree in Business or related discipline with at least 1 year of working experience in Order Fulfilment environment.
- Knowledge or experience with SAP system preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and with good telephone etiquette.
- Real Estate Assistant Agent license preferred .
- Previous experience in Contact Centre and Customer Support role .
