What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the Customer Journey: Manage the full customer order cycle—from entry to delivery—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and satisfaction.
• Own Order Management: Accurately handle customer orders and respond promptly to inbound inquiries.
• Resolve with Confidence: Provide clear, timely support to customer queries regarding order status, stock availability, and logistics.
• Handle Returns and Credits: Investigate and process returns or credit claims within approved guidelines.
• Partner for Success: Collaborate closely with internal teams to align customer outcomes with business objectives.
• Resolve Complaints Professionally: Tackle customer issues with care and escalate when needed.
• Support Campaigns: Assist with the rollout and tracking of outbound marketing and sales campaigns.
• Act as a Key Liaison: Coordinate with field sales and site teams to ensure consistent, reliable service delivery.
• Drive Improvement: Analyse feedback and trends to recommend enhancements to the customer experience.
• Maintain Accuracy: Keep ERP and CRM systems up-to-date with customer records and transactional data.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years in a fast-paced customer service / call centre environment
• Previous industry exposure in FMCG, manufacturing, or supply chain operations is desirable
• Strong command of ERP/CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Clear, customer-focused and confident communication—both written and verbal.
• A detail-oriented mindset with great time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently, with a collaborative team spirit.
• A results-driven attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• An interest in best practice customer service processes and improvements.
