What you will do:
NRMA Parks and Resorts has recently invested in a sophisticated new data platform to assist us on our future journey to provide market leading guest experiences.
This position will play an integral part in our team by supporting our future growth. Reporting to the Digital and Engagement Manager, you will manage all aspects of our new data platform, including undertaking analysis of customer data to drive key insights to inform our guest experience, membership, marketing campaigns and operational strategy. You will also:
- Analyze massive datasets for trends and insights
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for business decisions
- Design impactful reports and dashboards for informed decisions
- Collaborate on data quality and GCP optimization
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Help refine guest lifetime value and segmentation models
- Analyze media effectiveness and its impact on booking trends
- Support revenue team with data-driven insights for pricing
- Automate data-driven workflows for improved efficiency
- Adapt data analysis processes and implement new technologies
What you’ll bring
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
- Passion and enthusiasm for providing an exceptional customer experience and all things digital
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field including Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or Economics (desirable)
- Knowledge and experience in the travel and tourism industry (desirable)
